Here's what you should do.

  • Make sure everyone is safe

  • Notify the Police or Fire Emergency Services on 111 where required

  • Take some photos of the loss or damage

  • Take any action to reduce further damage

  • If a car accident, gather other parties details ie: registration number, including witnesses details

  • Contact us

What you shouldn't do

  • Admit fault or liability to another person/third party

Matt entered into the Insurance Industry in 2003 after completing his OE.  The past 18 years has seen Matt gain experience in a variety of claims related roles.  He has experience as a Loss Adjuster and was involved with helping customers on the ground in Christchurch after the earthquakes.  

 

He is passionate about finding solutions to difficult claims and achieving the best possible outcome for our clients. Matt will be working out of both the Masterton and Palmerston North Branch so will be available to see clients as required.

 

Outside of work Matt is kept busy with his young son and enjoys his fishing.
